Summary

In 2003, three institutions confronted the problems posed by the salvage of documentary patrimony and located at the same geographic site they are gathered within the Consortium of the salvage of documentary patrimony in case of disaster (COSADOCA). Their objectives are to lend help and assistance for the joint placement of human resources, materials and training within the domain of patrimonial protection recovering especially from intervention in case of a disaster, the evacuation and salvage of patrimony. In April, 2004 a project emerged for the consortium's own web platform.

Our dissertation consisted in creating a functional website and this record presents all the following stages, after the analysis of needs up to the realisation of the site through the identification and organisation of information as well as the site's conception. In addition to these appropriate stages when creating a website, it was also necessary to draw up, in sheet form, the pertinent information in order to provide concrete solutions to the diverse problems found by all professionals responsible for conserving documents in their daily practice.
